Sexy Siren Shruti Haasan has become hot property for the filmmakers across the country. Currently, she has signed more than half-a-dozen films in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi languages. Recently, while interacting with media, a journalist asked Shruti Haasan that why the actress has hiked her remuneration. 

This angered the ‘Race Gurram’ actress and she said, “I don’t understand who create these kind of speculations. Lot of producers in Tamil haven’t paid my dues and no one is interested to talk about that. Agreed that Mahesh Babu is a Superstar but that doesn’t mean that the makers will be ready to give the amount that I demand.

I request people to please stop these kinds of rumours about my remuneration”. Shruti has been paired as the leading lady opposite to Mahesh Babu for an untitled film. Shooting part is under progress and Koratala Siva is the director.

Superstar Rajinikanth has been nominated by his good friend and Tollywood star Mohan Babu to become a part of the campaign. Though the actor hasn’t commented on it, it is speculated that he will accept the challenge. It was only recently that Kamal Haasan and his fans did a clean up drive at the Madambakkam Lake, located just outside the city, on the actor’s birthday, after he was invited by Prime Minister Narendra Modi to join his Clean India campaign. 

Many Tollywood and Kollywood stars have begun taking part in the Swachh Bharat campaign. Recently, Tamannaah cleaned up a street in Mumbai while Samantha did the same in Hyderabad. Samantha also nominated her friend Trisha to take part in the campaign which the latter accepted.

Megastar Amitabh Bachchan says he is being untruthful to himself as he broke his promise by munching in on a chocolate. “I have been untruthful to myself… giving up chocolates was my desire among many other desires, to abstain from…nothing religious or of medicinal compulsion… just… “But that ‘just’ just got broken… the eyes drooped shut, they had a journey of their own and a thought too… they desired retirement… but a Snickers saved the night, but destroyed the abstained will,” he shared on his official blog srbachchan.tumblr.com.

The 72-year-old attended 45th edition of the International Film Festival of India (IFFI) along with superstar Rajinikanth in Goa Thursday. The actor also shared some photographs of the ceremony.

A hit film always continues to exert its influence on its predecessors. Films like Dhee and Ready continued our makers to make similar kind of patterned scripts until recently ‘Race Gurram’ happened. Now it looks like this Allu Arjun starrer that was carved by Surender Reddy is making its way into other Telugu movies. 

If we look at Sai Dharam Tej’s first ever silver screen adventure, Pilla Nuvvuleni Jeevitham, this could be clearly noticed. A film that is expected to be an out and out action movie suddenly falls into comedy sequences that too at the time of climax. Like in Race Gurram where an unexpected Brahmanandam track takes on the movie in the climax, even PNJL has similar structure. 

In RG, Allu Arjun uses his intelligent brain through Police department and tortures the villain. In PNLJ, Sai Dharam uses his intelligence through media and tortures the villain, played by Prakash Raj. The pattern of these two climaxes pretty similar and we could easily figure out that post the release of Race Gurram, Sai Dharam’s director AS Ravikumar might have taken clue and made the changes.
