Pained Pawan Kalyan Calls Secunderabad Violence Unfortunate


In a shocking turn of events, Secunderabad saw massive protests against the Agnipath scheme or Army recruitment. Sadly, the protests turned violent with the protestors damaging several public properties including a few buses and train coaches. Protestors also set the tracks on fire to stop the services of the trains.

Janasena chief Pawan Kalyan reacted to the violent protests and said that the violence is unfortunate and extended his condolences to the family of the victim who lost his life in the violent protests. Expressing his sorrow over the outcome, Pawan Kalyan said that the injured victims should be given good treatment and prayed for their recovery.

In a press release, Pawan Kalyan said that he is pained looking at the protests and it is unfortunate that violence broke out during the protests. Having said that, Pawan Kalyan wished for the speedy recovery of the injured victims.

The protests were called against the Agnipath scheme that was announced to take youngsters into the army. The Army aspirants who have been waiting for the selection call feared that the new scheme might affect them and started hitting the roads.

Irrespective of where the protests happened, the protestors went on a rampage and damaged everything that came their way. Railway stations were targeted and coaches were set ablaze. So far states like Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Bengal and Telangana saw such protests.
