Pawan Kalyan, known for his strong socialistic and philanthropic spirit, has once again demonstrated his commitment to welfare and humanitarian causes. This time, he has taken an official step by pledging to donate his monthly salary to support orphaned children in Pithapuram.

In a recent announcement, the Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister revealed that he would donate his MLA salary to orphaned children in Pithapuram. On Friday, at his camp office in Mangalagiri, Kalyan provided financial assistance of Rs. 5,000 per month to 42 orphan children from his constituency, totaling Rs. 2,10,000 from his salary. He further assured that the remainder of his salary would also be dedicated to the children’s well-being.

Kalyan personally distributed assistance to 32 children present, and he promised that the remaining ten would receive their share through the district administration. Addressing the gesture, Kalyan said, “Considering the financial situation of the state, I decided not to accept a salary after being elected as a legislator. I want to utilize the amount I would have received to secure the future of children who have lost their parents in Pithapuram, where I was elected. I aim to use my entire salary for the welfare and education of orphaned children as long as I hold office.”

With this generous decision, Kalyan has committed to donating his full monthly salary to orphaned children throughout his tenure as an MLA. His actions have been widely praised as a noble and honorable contribution to the welfare of those in need.
