The brutal assault on Mandal Parishad Development Officer (MPDO) Jawahar Babu in Galiveedu village, Annamayya district, Andhra Pradesh, has sent shockwaves through political and administrative circles. Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan was among the first to condemn the incident.
