
Power Star Pawan Kalyan’s much-anticipated film They Call Him OG had its grand pre-release event on Sunday at LB Stadium, Hyderabad. Despite heavy rain, thousands of passionate fans gathered to witness the event, proving the actor’s unmatched craze.The highlight of the evening was Pawan Kalyan’s dramatic entry as his character, Ojas Gambheera, carrying a katana sword — a moment that electrified the crowd.
In his speech, Pawan expressed gratitude to director Trivikram Srinivas, whom he considers his guru, crediting him for laying the foundation of this project. He revealed that after Saaho, it was Trivikram who suggested he collaborate with director Sujeeth. Producer DVV Danayya then brought the combination together, resulting in They Call Him OG.
Pawan also spoke warmly about Sujeeth, sharing that the young director has been a fan since childhood and once wore a headband inspired by Johnny for a month. He praised Sujeeth’s on-set brilliance and credited music director Thaman for shaping the film’s soul, calling the project as much theirs as his.
