Janasena president and Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan issued a heartfelt appeal to his supporters and party leaders on Sunday evening, urging them to steer clear of unnecessary controversies sparked by provocations in recent times between alliance partners.
In a detailed press note, Pawan Kalyan emphasized the need for unity and reminded everyone that the landslide mandate in Andhra Pradesh was not only a testament to the collective efforts of the NDA coalition but also a reaction to the failures of the previous YSR Congress government. He criticized the prior administration for fostering anti-social elements, driving the state into a debt crisis, and setting poor standards in the assembly.
Pawan Kalyan credited the people’s overwhelming support to their desire for stability and progress. He highlighted Chandrababu Naidu’s experienced leadership, which secured a remarkable victory with 164 out of 175 seats in the assembly, and commended Janasena’s 100% strike rate in contributing to this success. He affirmed that the state has been on the right path over the past seven months under Naidu’s leadership, with strong support from Prime Minister Narendra Modi, ensuring a balance between welfare and development.
Addressing the recent social media narratives aimed at creating discord between the alliance partners, Pawan Kalyan urged his cadre and leaders to avoid engaging with such divisive tactics. He stressed the importance of maintaining unity and focusing on fulfilling election promises rather than reacting to baseless rumors about internal party matters or government policies.
