Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan has strongly condemned the recent provocative remarks made by certain YCP party members and the supportive comments that followed from former CM Jagan Mohan Reddy. Without naming anyone directly, Pawan emphasized that glorification of criminal behavior has no place in a democratic society.
Drawing from his experience as an actor, he pointed out that while powerful dialogues can entertain audiences on screen, bringing that attitude into politics and everyday life is both dangerous and unacceptable. This statement came in the backdrop of an incident where YS Jagan repeated a popular movie line, which many interpreted as an endorsement of rowdyism and anti‑social behavior.
Pawan Kalyan asserted that any attempt to disturb public peace or normalize aggression will be met with strict action. The government has already instructed the police to enforce the law firmly and open rowdy sheets where necessary. He warned that threats, intimidation, and violence will not be tolerated, regardless of who is responsible.
Although Pawan refrained from mentioning names, his remarks clearly targeted the YSRCP leadership and its cadre. He urged the public to remain vigilant, reject such behavior, and not support or tolerate these tendencies in the name of politics.
