Ram Charan’s much-awaited Pan India film Peddi is gearing up for a massive worldwide release on June 4, with premiere shows scheduled a day earlier on June 3. Directed by Buchi Babu Sana, the film will be distributed in North America by Prathyangira Cinemas. Apart from the US, the movie is also set to release across Singapore, Sri Lanka, and several other international territories.
The film has already created a sensation in North America soon after advance bookings opened. Within just four hours, Peddi crossed the impressive $100K mark, showcasing the massive anticipation surrounding the project.
Previously, films like OG, Devara, Pushpa 2: The Rule, and Salaar recorded strong early ticket sales in the region. However, Peddi’s rapid pace has now placed it among the top-performing Indian releases in terms of premiere pre-sales momentum.
The craze surrounding the film is expected to grow further, with more than 950 premiere shows being planned across North America. The team has reportedly locked the final edit and is preparing for aggressive nationwide promotions in the coming days.
Backed by Vriddhi Cinemas under producer Venkata Satish Kilaru, Peddi has been carrying highly positive buzz ever since its promotional content was unveiled, raising expectations for one of the biggest Pan India releases of the year.
