Actor-model Malaika Arora is all set to make her debut as an author with her upcoming book, “It’s Easy to be Healthy: Malaika’s Guide to Living a Good Life”, scheduled for release on December 9. Published by Bloomsbury India, the book will be available in both English and Hindi and promises to reflect Malaika’s signature clarity, elegance, and practicality.

“I have been part of the entertainment industry for nearly three decades, facing countless twists and turns along the way. Yet, I still feel unstoppable, as if I am just getting started. Fitness has always been the cornerstone of my life,” said the 52-year-old, known for iconic dance numbers like Chaiyya Chaiyya, Kaal Dhamaal, and Munni Badnam Hui.

Malaika adds, “After years of trial and error, I have discovered a lifestyle that truly works for me. That’s exactly why I decided to write this book — to share my learnings. No filters, no pretenses, just everything that has shaped my wellness journey.”

The book covers a wide range of topics, from everyday rituals like affirmations, sunbathing, fasting, mindful movement, and indulgence, to candid discussions about women’s health — including pregnancy, postpartum restoration, and the realities of menopause.

Malaika emphasizes that the book is not a “manual on perfection.” She doesn’t advocate strict rules or a life without treats. Her core message is simple: being healthy is about balance — listening to your body, knowing when to rest, and giving yourself grace. Bloomsbury India aims to inspire readers to take small, realistic steps toward wellness rather than following unsustainable trends that can often do more harm than good.

Rahul Srivastava, Managing Director of Bloomsbury India, added, “Recognizing the growing need for credible, accessible wellness guidance rooted in real experience, we are proud to bring Malaika Arora’s practical approach to health and well-being to readers across the country.”
