Anil Kapoor Not Part of Chiranjeevi’s Next Film, Confirms Sources
Rumours linking Bollywood actor Anil Kapoor to Chiranjeevi’s upcoming project have been put to rest, with sources confirming that he is not part of the film. “Anil Kapoor is not associated with the project; these reports are completely baseless,” a source clarified, dismissing the speculation.
Chiranjeevi is currently preparing for his 158th film, which will be directed by Bobby Kolli and produced by KVN Productions. The banner, however, is going through a challenging phase after investing heavily in big-budget ventures like Jana Nayagan, which reportedly faced setbacks following online leaks, and Toxic, starring Yash, which has seen delays and rising production costs.
Despite the financial pressures, KVN Productions is still keen on backing Chiranjeevi’s film. Industry sources suggest that the Megastar advised the makers to ease their immediate financial burden and consider collaborating at a later stage, after stabilizing their ongoing commitments.
However, the production house is said to be determined to move forward with the project, viewing it as a
prestigious venture. Chiranjeevi is also believed to have indicated that several producers are interested in working with Bobby Kolli, keeping future collaboration options open.
Even so, KVN Productions is reportedly firm on proceeding with the film. With pre-production work progressing steadily, the shoot is expected to begin soon.
