Actress Niddhi Agerwal, who was recently mobbed during a promotional event for The Raja Saab at a Hyderabad mall, has described the incident as unfortunate and said she would speak about it in detail at the right time. Addressing the issue in an interview, Niddhi said the matter was extremely sensitive and that any immediate comments could be misinterpreted if taken out of context. She added that while she has a lot to say about what happened, she prefers to wait before opening up.

The incident came into focus last month after a video went viral on social media showing the actress struggling to make her way through a large crowd while heading towards her car. Niddhi appeared visibly uncomfortable as her security team tried to shield her from the surging crowd. Despite the chaos, she eventually managed to get into her vehicle and leave the venue.

Niddhi Agerwal is currently seen alongside Telugu superstar Prabhas in The Raja Saab, a horror-comedy that released in theatres on January 9, 2026. The film also features Sanjay Dutt, Zareena Wahab, Malavika Mohanan, Riddhi Kumar, and Boman Irani in key roles.
