We know Jubilee Hills police had registered a case against T Narendra Chowdary, former Jubilee Hills Cooperative Housing Society president and founder of the news channel NTV.
As per the latest update, the police have withdrawn the case as they found nothing illegal in the registration process and only a few people filed the case as a conspiracy. It seems that the police have filed an affidavit in the court in this regard.
As per reports, the present secretary of the society B Ravindranath had requested the High Court seeking direction to the police to register a case against Mr Chowdary and former secretary T Hanumantha Rao in the alleged land scam.
When the case was filed against Mr Chowdary, it was alleged that there was a conspiracy cooked behind the NTV founder due to competition in the media sector.
