Was the Panchanga Sravanam at the Pragathi Bhavan on Ugadi day stage-managed? This is the question that is being asked in political circles. The political comments made by the astrologer are being seen as indications that there were several hidden political messages in the Panchanga Sravanam.
The first comment by the astrologer , Bachampalli Santosh Kumar Sastry, that raised hackles was that KCR was observing all the moves by his adversaries like a “trinetra.” He also said that he was observing those who want to leave the TRS and join other parties.
Such people would not be spared, said Sastry. He said those leaving the party would face hard times. This is more a political comment rather than astrological observation.
The second comment was that the auspicious time for KCR has begun and the inauspicious time is already over in February. The astrologer indicated that February and March were indeed tough months for KCR.
He also said that those who are great orators would do well in politics. There is little doubt that KCR is a great orator. So, the astrologer was making a political statement.
Another interesting comment is that KCR is going to perform some special yagams to propitiate gods. This comment comes amid reports that KCR is already preparing for one such yagam.
The political observers feel that this is an indirect messaging about the Hindu credentials of KCR. The aim is to project him as a pro-Hindu leader to face Hindutwa BJP.
