After Vallabhaneni Vamsi was taken into custody a few weeks ago, another controversial figure, Posani Krishna Murali, was arrested in Hyderabad last night, further intensifying the political storm.
In response, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, who has frequently extended support to YCP leaders facing legal troubles, reached out to Posani’s wife, Kusuma, to offer reassurances. A video clip of their telephonic conversation has since gone viral on social media.
During the call, Jagan assured Kusuma of his unwavering support, stating, “I have sent Ponnavolu Sudhakar Reddy and others to be with him. Our entire team stands by you. Don’t worry, we are here.”
This pattern of intervention has become a recurring strategy for Jagan, as several YCP leaders who once engaged in aggressive political rhetoric against Chandrababu Naidu and Pawan Kalyan are now facing legal repercussions.
