Senior actor and former politician Posani Krishna Murali is now facing the consequences of his past actions, particularly his controversial remarks against Chandrababu Naidu and Pawan Kalyan in support of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. With multiple cases filed against him in Andhra Pradesh, Posani was arrested by Rayachoti Police last night and is currently awaiting legal proceedings.
Although Posani has distanced himself from politics in recent times, it is well known that he was once a staunch supporter of Jagan Mohan Reddy and a vocal critic of Telugu Desam Party (TDP) and Chandrababu Naidu. During his association with YSR Congress, he frequently targeted Chandrababu and Pawan Kalyan, often resorting to controversial and inflammatory remarks.
Now that Posani has been taken into custody for crossing the line with his public comments, all eyes are on Jagan Mohan Reddy to see whether he will extend any support. Just last week, Jagan had to visit Vallabhaneni Vamsi in jail, following his arrest in a kidnapping case. With Posani now also facing possible judicial remand, there is speculation on whether Jagan will visit him as well.

If he continues to be associated with individuals facing legal action, it could reinforce the perception that he supports those accused of misconduct, further affecting the public’s view of his leadership.
