Prabhas is gearing up for another release this year, making 2026 a rare occasion with two of his films hitting theaters.
After the release of The Raja Saab in January, his upcoming project Fauji, directed by Hanu Raghavapudi, is scheduled for later this year. With the shoot nearing completion and expected to wrap up by July, the team is now considering shifting the release from October to December to ensure better positioning at the box office.
This potential change could also impact the release plans of Spirit, directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga. Initially slated for March 5, 2027, the film might be postponed, as Prabhas reportedly prefers at least a six-month gap between releases.
If “Fauji” indeed moves to December, “Spirit” is likely to shift to June or July 2027. A final decision on the release dates is expected once “Fauji” completes its production.
