Prabhas continues to be one of the busiest stars in Tollywood, juggling multiple high-profile projects simultaneously. However, one particular film, Raja Sahib, directed by Maruthi, has been facing prolonged delays and is still stuck in the production phase despite starting nearly a year and a half ago.
While anticipation around the project was high due to the fresh combination of Prabhas and Maruthi, the film has struggled to keep pace with the actor’s other ventures. At one point, reports suggested that Prabhas was not entirely satisfied with the initial output and requested enhancements to improve the film’s quality.
In the latest development, it is being reported that Prabhas remains unavailable to resume the shoot. Sources indicate that he will return to the sets only after the revised and improved portions are presented to him. The ball now lies in director Maruthi’s court to rework and elevate the content to meet the star’s expectations.
Given Maruthi’s experience and sensibility, there’s optimism that he will steer the project back on track and win Prabhas’s confidence with an enhanced version of Raja Sahib.
