Young Rebel Star Prabhas is currently shooting for his upcoming film Radhe Shyam, directed by Radha Krishna Kumar, at Ramoji FIlm City. The team had recently wrapped up their schedule in Italy, and the rest of the film is expected to be done shooting very soon.
According to the latest reports, there is going to be a very interesting scene in the film, where Prabhas’s character will be seen meeting none other than the Iron Lady of India, former Prime Minister, Indira Gandhi. This news came as a surprise as Radhe Shyam has been marketed as an out and out romantic entertainer, which is making everyone wonder why the lead character would have to meet with the PM.
Prabhas is playing two roles in the film, one based in the present day, and one in a vintage setup. Pooja Hegde is the heroine in the film, and UV Creations is producing the film. The film is expected to be released for Summer next year, until when everyone has to wait patiently to know why Prabhas’s character has a scene with the PM.
After Radhe Shyam, Prabhas has 3 films lined up – Adipurush, Nag Ashwin’s film, and director Prashanth Neel’s Salaar. All of these films are also going to be made on a pan-Indian scale, and already have high expectations surrounding them.
