Young sensation Pradeep Ranganathan’s latest film Dude, co-starring Mamitha Baiju, is creating waves at the box office. Produced by Mythri Movie Makers, the film has enjoyed a phenomenal extended Diwali weekend, grossing over ₹83 crore worldwide in just four days.
Dude has surpassed 1 million ticket sales and currently leads global bookings among all Diwali releases. The film is performing exceptionally well in both Telugu and Tamil versions.
On its way to the ₹100 crore mark, Dude is set to join the elite club of blockbusters. Given its budget, the film is proving to be a highly profitable venture for producers and distributors, with most territories already recovering their investments.
Directed by debutant Keerthiswaran, Dude is also making a strong impact overseas. Including North America and other key international markets, the film has grossed over $1.5 million so far. Even on its first working day, bookings remain robust, highlighting strong word-of-mouth and repeat value, cementing its status as the true winner of the festive season.
