Indie singer-songwriter Prateeksha Srivastava has unveiled the first track, ‘Tum Jo Ho Yahaan,’ from her eagerly awaited EP Tiny Truths. This deeply personal, three-track collection explores the gentle strength found in emotional vulnerability. Written, composed, and sung by Prateeksha herself, ‘Tum Jo Ho Yahaan’ is a heartfelt pop ballad celebrating the comfort of finding someone who makes it safe to embrace softness. The song’s rich arrangement and production by Akarsh Shetty, with acoustic guitars by Austin Furtado, set a warm and intimate tone.
The EP Tiny Truths features three thematically linked tracks. ‘Tum Jo Ho Yahaan’ reflects the joy of feeling secure in love. ‘Safar,’ an indie-pop gem, captures the sweetness of romance unfolding slowly over fleeting, cherished moments. The final song, ‘Adhoora,’ is a more introspective, haunting track that explores the loneliness of creative solitude and the ache of feeling overlooked. Prateeksha shares, “This EP is for everyone who’s ever felt like their emotions weren’t loud enough to matter. These songs are tiny truths — unfinished feelings, gentle reminders that it’s okay to take your time.”
Known for blending pop and indie-pop with heartfelt lyrics and atmospheric production, Tiny Truths paints a vivid emotional landscape. Already celebrated for her viral hit ‘Aankh’ with Sunidhi Chauhan, which topped the Viral India charts and trended #4 on Instagram, Prateeksha continues to rise as one of India’s most promising new singer-songwriters. Featured on Coke Studio Bharat alongside Vishal Mishra and recognized by industry stalwarts like Salim Merchant and Amaal Mallik, she has also been spotlighted as a Spotify Global RADAR India artist. The single ‘Tum Jo Ho Yahaan’ is now streaming on all major platforms.
