Nani has been raising his brand value and market with each film, and the same is reflecting in the form of steadily increasing pre-release business of his films. With his latest release ‘Ninnu Kori’, just a few hours away from hitting screens worldwide, let us have a look at how much this romantic drama should collect at box office.
‘Ninnu Kori’ needs to collect Rs 20 crores at worldwide box office (15 crore from the Telugu states, and 5 crore from rest of the world of which around $1M should come from the US) to be called a safe venture. Buyers have invested good sums on area wise rights as they have full confidence on Nani’s consistency at box office.
The film also starring Nivetha Thomas and Aadhi Pinisetty, has received appreciation from the preview shows screened for celebrities. Massive number of premiere shows have been planned in the US taking into account the craze for Nani starrers there.
With DJ becoming two-week old and having no other notable film in theatres, trade analysts expect Ninnu Kori to take a solid opening. The film’s box office prospects will depend on the content from then onwards.
