Pujita Ponnada has raised the alarm about a scam circulating on Telegram, where fraudsters are misusing her name to deceive people. Sharing screenshots on her social media, Pujita warned her followers about fake messages that promise cash rewards in exchange for following certain Instagram accounts.

The scam claims that users can earn ₹180 by simply following three Instagram influencers and sending a screenshot as proof. Pujita firmly clarified that she has no presence on Telegram and has never asked anyone to follow accounts for money.

She wrote, “I’ve been getting a lot of DMs saying there are messages floating around Telegram asking people to follow me for money. Stop falling for scams like this! I am not on Telegram. Please stop chasing free money and getting fooled.”

Some fans also shared the bizarre messages they received. One such message included a confused follower saying, “Hlw mam. She said me follow some account and I’ll get some amount of money.” It’s clear that scammers are impersonating celebrities to gain people’s trust and manipulate them.

Pujita ended her post with a strong message: “This has to stop!” urging everyone to stay vigilant. Her warning is a timely reminder—if something sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
