Speaking about the film, Raashi clarified that Telusu Kada is not just another triangular love story. Instead, it carries a meaningful message about love and life — something that the audience needs to experience on the big screen. According to her, the film beautifully mirrors the reality of love, rather than portraying an idealized version of it.
Reminiscing about her childhood, Raashi shared how she grew up watching Shah Rukh Khan’s romantic films and believed love would be as magical in real life. “I enjoyed those films thoroughly and thought love would be just like that. But reality is quite different. What we see on screen is far from what we experience in real life. There’s loyalty and emotional depth that movies often fail to capture. Today, we can’t really relate to DDLJ,” she said.
Raashi further emphasized that films should reflect the truth of modern relationships. “Telusu Kada does exactly that — it’s rooted in realism,” she added.
Opening up about her own experiences, Raashi candidly spoke about heartbreaks and personal growth. “I could understand these emotions only after I went through heartbreaks. I’ve learned that my happiness shouldn’t depend on others. I should focus on what’s in my control and stop expecting from others,” she shared with grace.
