Despite producing a few small-budget films and OTT projects in the past, Megastar Chiranjeevi’s elder daughter Sushmitha Konidela had largely remained away from the mainstream spotlight. However, her collaboration with her father for Mana Shankara Varaprasad Garu has turned out to be a major turning point in her career, both financially and in terms of recognition.

Following the massive success of the film, Sushmitha has reportedly earned significant returns and emerged as a producer to watch out for in Tollywood. Capitalising on this momentum, she has now taken a major step forward by inaugurating a new office for her production house, Gold Box Entertainment, in Hyderabad.

Sharing a glimpse of the new workspace on social media, Sushmitha hinted at fresh beginnings and ambitious plans ahead. Industry reports suggest that she has already signed a major deal with a leading OTT platform to produce multiple projects back-to-back, indicating an aggressive expansion strategy.

Interestingly, this milestone coincides with another special moment in the Konidela family. Sushmitha’s cousin, Niharika Konidela — daughter of Nagababu — recently completed ten years as a film producer. Both cousins congratulated each other, highlighting the growing presence of women producers within the family.

With Gold Box Entertainment entering a new phase, it remains to be seen whether Sushmitha will continue focusing on budget-conscious content-driven films or scale up to produce big-ticket projects featuring top stars in the industry.
