Baahubali makers have announced a simultaneous release of the movie in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi and Malayalam on 10th July. However experts say this will be the most risky step of Rajamouli with his magnum opus film.
Hindi industry is always known to produce piracy prints on day one itself with crystal clear quality. Our own pirates will sync Telugu audio to those prints on day one itself. As a result the repeat audience and audience particularly families who do not go to the film theaters on first day will opt to those prints denting in to the movie collections.
Experts say Rajamouli may better release the movie in Hindi 1-2 weeks after the Telugu release.We will have to see what Rajamouli decides about that. On the other side, Baahubali is garnering decent hype in Bollywood too.
The buyer of Hindi version, Karan Johar is unleashing a huge marketing campaign for the film which will be taken to the next level after the Hindi audio launch.
