Rajasekhar and Jeevitha’s daughters, Shivani and Shivathmika Rajashekar, entered the film industry with considerable promise a few years ago. Both sisters initially secured good opportunities as leading ladies and were expected to build steady careers.
Shivani, in particular, seemed poised for success with films like Pelli SandaD, Adbutham, and Shekar. She also ventured into Tamil cinema with two projects, but they didn’t deliver the breakthrough she was hoping for. After her appearances in Kota Bommali and Vidya Vasula Aham, the flow of new offers began to slow down, and she has largely remained away from the spotlight this year.
Shivathmika’s career followed a similar trajectory. She made an impressive debut with Dorasani and later earned appreciation for her role in Krishna Vamsi’s Rangamarthanda. Despite her strong performances, her Telugu film prospects also dimmed over time. On a positive note, her Tamil film Aromaley received critical praise and performed well at the box office, though her future in Telugu cinema remains uncertain.
Meanwhile, their father Rajasekhar is also working on rejuvenating his acting career. He is set to appear as Sharwanand’s father in the upcoming film Biker.
The Rajashekar family seems to be in a transitional phase, with all three working toward reviving or stabilizing their paths in the industry.
