Superstar Rajinikanth’s elder daughter and Dhanush’s wife Aishwarya is all set to make her directorial comeback after six years. She will be directing a straight Telugu film, which is said to be a family entertainer.
The film will be produced by Subaskaran and Mahaveer Jain of Lyca Productions. The bilingual thriller, which will be directed by Aishwarya, has a story written by Sanjeev. The cast and crew of the film are yet to be finalised.
For the unversed, Aishwarya made her directorial debut with Dhanush and Shruti Haasan’s romantic drama ‘3’ in 2012. Her second film was Vai Raja Vai in 2015. In 2017, she helmed a documentary titled Cinema Veeran.
Aishwarya is the eldest daughter of Rajinikanth and Latha. She is the wife of Dhanush, and the couple are the parents of Yatra and Lingaa.
