#MeToo seems to have cooled down a bit these days with less number of allegations lately. Though singer like Chinmayi are facing brickbats and bans after shooting and supporting #MeToo allegations at big heads in Tamil film industry, there are actors like Rakul Preet who claim to have never faced those embarrassing situations.
Rakul Preet earlier said that it is fortunate that she was never offered or asked for a casting couch. A small time actress’ allegation against her are heard to have hurt her but Rakul chose not to respond. But she is very much following the allegations and revelations that have been bringing up big names in the industry and like many of us, she too is be confused and curious on whose “MeToo” stories are true.
In her recent rapid fire interview for a famous magazine, when asked what she would do if she could be invisible for 24 hours, Rakul gave an interesting answer. She said she would be digging out who’s lying and who’s not about their #MeToo experiences.
That is an inquisitive side of Rakul, yet she will never be knowing about lies and facts of #MeToo stories and we all know why!
