Ram Pothineni is celebrating his birthday today, and to mark the special occasion, the makers of his upcoming film with director Mahesh Babu P have released an exciting glimpse revealing the movie’s title.

Set in the early 2000s, the story captures the frenzy of the First Day First Show (FDFS) experience. While fans are caught up in the excitement, theatre management struggles to accommodate ticket requests from influential personalities. Into this chaos steps Ram, playing a passionate fanboy who confidently demands 50 tickets. When asked, “Evari Taluka?” he proudly responds, “Andhra King Taluka.” The glimpse ends with Ram joining the celebrations, striking a pose in front of the superstar’s cutout—aptly tying into the movie’s title, Andhra King Taluka.

For the younger Gen Z audience, this glimpse offers a fresh take on the FDFS mania, something they may not have personally witnessed. Meanwhile, those born in the ’80s and ’90s will find it a nostalgic trip down memory lane, which makes the director’s choice of the 2000s backdrop all the more commendable. Ram’s character perfectly embodies the quintessential fan for whom FDFS is a grand festival. Fully immersed in his role, Ram matches the energy and aura of a true superstar admirer. Veteran actor Upendra plays the role of the superstar Surya Kumar.

With impressive technical finesse and high production values—Siddhartha Nuni’s captivating visuals, Vivek–Merwin’s energetic music score, and the top-notch production design by Mythri Movie Makers—the glimpse is thoroughly entertaining.

This title reveal has already raised expectations to new heights, setting a promising tone for the upcoming promotional campaigns.
