The Telugu supernatural thriller Shambhala has surprised OTT audiences by arriving earlier than expected on the digital platform Aha. The film began streaming on January 21, a day before the officially announced date of January 22, creating a buzz among viewers—especially for those who missed watching it in theatres.

Shambhala stars Aadi Sai Kumar in the lead role and marks a significant milestone in his career. After years of waiting for a strong hit, Aadi finally achieved massive success with this film. Released during the Christmas season, the movie exceeded expectations and earned over ₹25 crore at the box office, a remarkable feat for a content-driven, small-budget project.

Set in a village named Shambhala during the 1980s, the story takes a gripping turn when a mysterious meteor falls from the sky, disrupting the peaceful lives of the villagers. Soon after, strange incidents and shocking murders begin to unfold, creating a tense conflict between science and blind beliefs. Aadi plays the role of Vikram and has been widely praised for his intense and convincing performance.

Directed by Yugandhar Muni, the film also features Archana Iyer and Swasika in important roles. On OTT, Shambhala is available first for Aha Gold subscribers starting January 21, while regular subscribers can watch it from January 22.
