The Kannada beauty Rashmika Mandanna seems all set to become a Telugu bride, and fans can’t stop talking about it. Rumors have been strong that the actress recently got engaged to Tollywood star Vijay Deverakonda. Though neither has officially confirmed the news, their matching rings have fueled endless speculation among fans.
As part of the promotions for her upcoming film The Girlfriend, Rashmika appeared on Jagapathi Babu’s talk show “Jayammu Nischayammura”, where she finally addressed the buzz — well, almost. When asked about the ring on her finger, Rashmika smiled but cleverly avoided confirming anything about an engagement.
Jagapathi Babu, known for his fun and teasing style, asked, “You’ve been acting with so many Vijays — Vijay Deverakonda, Vijay Sethupathi, and Thalapathy Vijay — and also achieving vijayalu (victories) in your career. Do you have a special connection with the name Vijay?” Rashmika blushed instantly, sending the audience into laughter.
When he pointed out the two rings on her fingers, Rashmika simply said both were “very important” to her. Jagapathi didn’t stop there — he teasingly hinted that one of those rings might have a special story behind it, and Rashmika turned visibly red, while the crowd cheered and teased her.
