Prabhas Busy Schedule May Delay Fauji and Spirit Releases

Actor Prabhas is currently balancing multiple big-budget projects, and his packed schedule is likely to impact the release timelines of his upcoming films.

Following the progress of The Raja Saab, Prabhas shifted his focus to two major films — Fauji, directed by Hanu Raghavapudi, and Spirit, helmed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga. He recently wrapped up an important shooting schedule for Fauji in March before taking a short break abroad.

The actor is expected to return to Hyderabad soon and resume work on Kalki 2, directed by Nag Ashwin. With three high-profile films progressing simultaneously, managing dates and coordinating with multiple teams is becoming increasingly challenging.

Due to this tight scheduling, there is growing speculation about possible delays. Fauji, which is currently eyeing a Dasara 2026 release, might get pushed to December 2026. If that happens, Spirit could also shift from its planned March 2027 release.

Both films are reportedly planned with a strategic gap of at least six months between their releases, making their timelines closely linked. Any delay in one project is likely to have a ripple effect on the other, adding further complexity to Prabhas’ already busy lineup.
