Pushpa: The Rise, featuring Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna in the lead roles is proving to be a pan-India box office super hit. The film posted very good revenues in Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and it is doing exceptionally well in the Hindi circuit, which gives a great boost to the pan-India prospects of Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna.
Now, Rashmika appears to have taken cue of the blockbuster success of Pushpa. She has apparently hiked her remuneration big time as well.
As per reports, Rashmika has quoted a whopping remuneration of Rs 3 crores for Pushpa 2, which left the makers of Pushpa shocked. They weren’t expecting such a big demand from Rashmika for the second installment of Pushpa.
It remains to be seen if Mythri Movie Makers will actually be paying Rs 3 crores remuneration to Rashmika Mandanna for Pushpa 2. If they do, this will be the highest remuneration for Rashmika in her career.
The filming for Pushpa 2 will be commencing from February or March, as confirmed by the makers of the rustic action thriller.
