Ravi Teja’s Mass Jathara Set for November 1 Release

Release reshuffles have become routine in Tollywood, and Ravi Teja’s much-awaited film Mass Jathara is the latest to face one. Directed by Bhanu Bhogavarapu and produced by Naga Vamsi under Sithara Entertainments, the project has experienced multiple delays before locking in what appears to be its final release plan.

Originally planned as a Sankranthi release to mark Ravi Teja’s 75th film, Mass Jathara was postponed several times — first to May 9 after the actor’s on-set injury, and later to August 27 due to OTT scheduling issues. Following the lukewarm performance of Naga Vamsi’s recent films Kingdom and War 2, the makers chose to hold back the release further, aiming for a better atmosphere around the film.

The team had then targeted October 31, with paid premieres on October 30. However, with the re-cut and remastered Baahubali: The Epic set to release on the same date, Mass Jathara is likely to move slightly to avoid a direct clash.

Sources indicate that the new release date is expected to be November 1, with paid premieres on October 31. An official announcement from Sithara Entertainments is anticipated soon.

Starring Ravi Teja, Sreeleela, and Rajendra Prasad, Mass Jathara features music by Bheems Ceciroleo and promises to deliver a festive dose of mass entertainment.
