Anil Ravipudi has come to the understanding that the coronavirus and the subsequent lockdown put him in a mess.
The director will have to sit at home even after the total lockdown comes to an end. Because senior star Venkatesh is now showing interest to commence the shoot of “F3” this year.
Reports say Venkatesh told the successful director to plan the regular shoot in 2021.
This comes as a shock for Anil Ravipudi who already is ready with the bounded script of “F3”. He took his team of writers to his village to complete the script work during the lockdown.
He’s back in Hyderabad but Venkatesh who turns 60 later this year doesn’t want to take a risk by resuming “F3” now. He will rather complete the shooting of “Naarappa” after September. Till then he would remain at home.
On record, Ravipudi is saying that he’d wait for Venkatesh but insiders have informed GreatAndhra.com that he is also contemplating taking up another film in the meantime.
He has the option of directing Balakrishna. But he may prefer a young hero’s project. But he’s still undecided.
Anil Ravipudi tasted big hit in his career with Mahesh Babu starrer “Sarileru Neekevvaru” in January 2020.
The current situation is that he can only begin his next film’s shoot in January 2021. Thus he’s losing a year due to corona.
