Kapil Sharma has in-fact became a popular celebrity ever since he began his exclusive show and undoubtedly we can say, he has become part of every household with his friendly nature. The comedian-turned-actor has had a remarkable journey in the industry. Nevertheless there’s a less known story about him that many are unaware of.

In the recent time Kapil shed a lot of weight well ahead of the release of his films. But this phenomenal transformation hasn’t lasted any longer. Kapil had accumulated fat again in the lockdown.

He is often seen taking the topic of fitness in his show too. However, Kapil regained fit physique when he commenced shooting for his TV show, The Kapil Sharma Show post lockdown.

Reportedly, his fitness trainer Yogesh Bhateja came in for a causal one-on-one interaction with a well known news agency. He said that Kapil is not only a silly guy on-screen but even in real life. Yogesh revealed a fun fact about him that would surely amuse you!.

When asked Yogesh if Kapil strictly follows on his diet despite being a foodie, Yogesh revealed, “He secretly skips the regime multiple times every now and then in childish manner.” The fitness trainer further added that Kapil later pulls out a face indicating he has done a mistake. To compensate that, he slogs out more and do extra push ups than required, which makes him optimistic towards fitness.
