Realme has unveiled two major innovations to mark its 7th anniversary, targeting two of the biggest pain points for smartphone users—battery life and overheating. The company introduced a 15,000mAh Ultra-High-Density Battery and the Realme Chill Fan Phone, both designed with the needs of young, performance-driven users in mind.
The 15,000mAh battery, featuring 100% full silicon anode technology with an impressive energy density of 1,200 Wh/L, promises up to four days of power on a single charge, 18 hours of continuous video recording, and 53 hours of uninterrupted video playback.
Meanwhile, the Realme Chill Fan Phone integrates thermoelectric cooling (TEC) technology—previously limited to external accessories—directly inside the device. Its miniature internal fan can reportedly reduce core temperatures by up to 6°C, ensuring stable performance during extended gaming sessions on demanding titles like Genshin Impact and Honkai: Star Rail.
According to Realme, these advancements were inspired by everyday challenges faced by its core demographic, particularly the Indian youth market. By addressing issues like rapid battery drain during gaming and performance throttling due to heat, the company aims to deliver cutting-edge technology at an accessible price point, reinforcing India’s central role in Realme’s global strategy.
