Akhil Akkineni made his acting debut when he was a toddler in Sisindri. His cute-antics and brilliant acting won zillions of hearts. After a brief hiatus, Akhil appeared in a cameo role in Manam, and later he made his debut as a hero with VV Vinayak’s Akhil. But, he failed to create a lasting impact with his next two movies Hello & Mr.Majnu.
However, after delivering back-to-back disasters at the very beginning of his career, Akhil is now all set to work under the direction of Bommarillu Bhaskar for the film titled Most Eligible Bachelor.
It is heard that the yesteryear actress Amani has been roped in to play the mother role of Akhil in the film. Now, the onscreen mom and son duo are teaming up yet again after 25 years. Yes, if we recall, Amani played as the mother of Akhil in Sisindri and the film became a blockbuster hit. Let us wait and see if Amani will bring success to Akhil, who is struggling to taste the success in his career.
Pooja Hegde is the film’s leading lady. The film also features Murali Sharma, Jaya Prakash, Pragathi, Sudigali Sudheer, Getup Sreenu, Abhay, and Amith. Bunny Vasu and Vasu Varma are producing the film under the GA 2 Pictures banner. Gopi Sunder has been roped in to compose music. Pradeep M Sharma is handling the cinematography while Marthand K Venkatesh will edit the film.
