Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has reached his current position after over a decade of intense political struggle. Since assuming office, he has consistently worked to uphold the dignity of his role while ensuring efficiency and commitment in governance.

Today, Revanth Reddy interacted with government employees and shared several notable remarks.

“In my two years as Chief Minister of Telangana, I have not taken a single day of leave. Every day comes with responsibilities, and this has been the case throughout my tenure. It is important to remember that governance is not only about the 200 people in power; the contribution of nearly ten lakh government employees is vital,” he stated.

He acknowledged that some employees may not support him as Chief Minister but emphasized that salaries have been credited on time since he took office. Revanth Reddy also highlighted the importance of employees fulfilling their personal responsibilities, noting that the government may cut 10 to 15 percent of an employee’s salary if they neglect to care for their parents.

Regarding the ongoing mandal and district reorganisation, the Chief Minister confirmed that a commission will soon be formed to define the framework. The commission will tour the state, gathering suggestions and feedback from the public on district and mandal rationalisation. Detailed discussions with all political parties will be held during the Assembly session before finalising the new districts and mandals.
