Responding to TDP Telangana unit working President A Revanth Reddy petition, High Court served notices on Telangana government and also assembly speaker for merging TDP MLAs with ruling TRS.
12 TDP MLAs joined TRS and they have been considered as ruling party legislators. Challenging the Speaker decision, Revanth knocked on court doors.The court also served notices to the 12 MLAs and asked them to respond immediately. Revanth has been fighting against joining TDP MLAs in TRS for the last one year.
Court also questioned speaker for taking the decision of merging TDP MLAs with TRS.Revanth said he will fight against Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao government until justice prevailed.
