The Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee(TPCC) selection process has shed light on how much the senior leaders in the party are trying to oppose the idea to make Malkajgiri MP Revanth Reddy the new chief of the Telangana wing of the party.Senior Congress leader V.Hanumath Rao, who is opposing the idea to appoint Revanth Reddy, the next TPCC chief once again batted for the same and even threatened to leave the party if the same happens.
He announced his decision to leave the party if the Congress party makes Revanth Reddy the next boss of the Telangana wing of the Congress party while addressing the media the other day.His sensational comments came when the media reports claimed that Revanth Reddy will be made the new TPCC chief as the Delhi leadership of the party is in favour of Revanth Reddy.
Revanth Reddy fans and followers are not happy with the senior leader openly opposing Revanth as the new state boss. One of Revanth’s fans called V.Hanumath Rao and asked what’s his problem with Revanth.However, the phone call started off normally and went smoothly. Things escalated quickly, with Revanth Reddy’s fan losing his cool and used unparliamentary language against VH.
V.Hanumath Rao has released the audio of the phone conversation between him and Revanth’s fan. VH is said to lodge a police complaint on the person for the kind of language he used.
