Ram Gopal Varma aka RGV who is famous for his discussions and debates has yet again impressed film lovers by winning a Court Case as a creative workman.The High Court of Telangana has written off the decision if the lower Court and said that the makers of the film should guarantee that they should never use the names or reference to that of bereaved family.
RGV made headlines earlier as soon as he announced film ‘Murder’ based on national famous murder of Perumalla Pranay who was murdered by girl’s father Maruti Rao.
Pranay’s father Perumalla Bala Swamy has filed a case in the SC ST Court in Nalgonda District and case was booked against the makers Natti Karuna and Ram Gopal Varma for creating havoc among their lives by evoking emotions and disturbances yet again in their lives.
Ram Gopal Varma thanked the High Court and system of Justice that it prevailed and helped him to go ahead in his creative field.
