Rockstar Devi Sri Prasad is a name that needs no introduction. He is at the top of his game for the last two years and is ruling the Telugu film industry. He worked all the star heroes in Telugu and Tamil industries and churned out numerous chartbusters. Despite a slight dip in form in recent times, he delivered an album like ‘Pushpa – The Rise’ which is a huge hit across the country. The songs in this album are still ruling our playlists.
The recent reports reveal that Devi Sri Prasad is all set to work on a Bollywood project. Previously, he reworked his chartbuster item song ‘Ringa Ringa’ and made ‘Dhinka Chika’ which was a phenomenal hit. That was his first collaboration with Salman Khan. Recently, DSP modified his super hit track ‘Seetmaar’ from ‘DJ’ and used it with the same name in Salman’s flop film ‘Radhe – Your Most Wanted Bhai’. The song was a hit despite the film’s failure.
Now, Salman is working on ‘Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali’ which has Pooja Hegde playing the female lead. News is that Devi Sri Prasad is collaborating with Salman for the third time now. We need to see if Rockstar recycles one of his hit tunes or does something original in Hindi. Bollywood follows a formula of bringing multiple composers onboard and DSP is going to give only one song in this film.
‘Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali’ is expected to hit the screens on 30th December 2022. Let us see how DSP’s tune turns out this time for a Salman Khan film.
