RRR writer wants Kangana Ranaut to play Sita!

Veteran writer KV Vijayendra Prasad, who penned biggies like Baahubali and RRR, is writing yet another ambitious project in Hindi. He is penning the script for Sita, which is to be directed by Alaukik Desai.

Now, the latest buzz is that Vijayendra Prasad has suggested the name of Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut for the Sita role. As per reports, he believes that the Queen actress can do justice to the role. It is worthy to mention that the ace writer was the one who recommended Kangana’s name for Thalaivi.

Earlier, it was heard that Kareena Kapoor was approached for this role and she demanded a huge pay. However, after the news went viral, the actress cleared the air about this.

Told from Sita’s perspective, the film will be mounted on a huge scale and the magnitude of the film will be as big as a Baahubali.

Adding to the film’s appeal, KGF fame Srinidhi Shetty has been roped in as the leading lady. With cinematography by Sanu John Varghese and music composed by Mickey J Meyer, the movie is shaping up to be a high-octane thriller.

The big-budget venture is slated for a grand release as a summer attraction on May 1, 2024, and is expected to captivate audiences with its gripping storyline and stellar performances.
