Veteran writer KV Vijayendra Prasad, who penned biggies like Baahubali and RRR, is writing yet another ambitious project in Hindi. He is penning the script for Sita, which is to be directed by Alaukik Desai.
Now, the latest buzz is that Vijayendra Prasad has suggested the name of Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut for the Sita role. As per reports, he believes that the Queen actress can do justice to the role. It is worthy to mention that the ace writer was the one who recommended Kangana’s name for Thalaivi.
Earlier, it was heard that Kareena Kapoor was approached for this role and she demanded a huge pay. However, after the news went viral, the actress cleared the air about this.
Told from Sita’s perspective, the film will be mounted on a huge scale and the magnitude of the film will be as big as a Baahubali.

Siddhu Jonnalagadda, Swaroop RSJ Team Up for ‘Rambo’
Young actor Siddhu Jonnalagadda is set to collaborate with director Swaroop RSJ, best known for Agent Sai Srinivasa Athreya, for an upcoming film produced by Sithara Naga Vamsi. Titled Rambo, the film is said to revolve around an intriguing premise — the story of a Brahmin who turns into a detective/agent.
Siddhu, who recently faced setbacks with Jack and Telusu Kada, is looking at Rambo as a strong comeback vehicle. Though he had earlier announced projects like Kohinoor and Badass, the actor reportedly felt that Rambo offered a better script and has temporarily put the other films on the backburner.
On the other hand, Swaroop RSJ, after scoring a breakout hit with Agent Sai Srinivasa Athreya, could not replicate the same success with Mishan Impossible. He had also initiated a project titled Vibe with Sundeep Kishan, later replacing him with Raja Goutham, but the film was eventually put on hold. He has now shifted focus entirely to Rambo.
Both Siddhu and Swaroop are said to be highly determined to deliver a blockbuster with this venture. The collaboration also reunites Siddhu with the banner that brought him massive success — he delivered back-to-back hits like DJ Tillu and Tillu Square under Sithara Naga Vamsi’s production. Expectations are naturally high as the trio aims to recreate that winning magic once again.
