Veteran writer KV Vijayendra Prasad, who penned biggies like Baahubali and RRR, is writing yet another ambitious project in Hindi. He is penning the script for Sita, which is to be directed by Alaukik Desai.
Now, the latest buzz is that Vijayendra Prasad has suggested the name of Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut for the Sita role. As per reports, he believes that the Queen actress can do justice to the role. It is worthy to mention that the ace writer was the one who recommended Kangana’s name for Thalaivi.
Earlier, it was heard that Kareena Kapoor was approached for this role and she demanded a huge pay. However, after the news went viral, the actress cleared the air about this.
Told from Sita’s perspective, the film will be mounted on a huge scale and the magnitude of the film will be as big as a Baahubali.

Actor Rishab Shetty has recently become the center of discussion after he reportedly unfollowed his Kantara co-stars and the production house Hombale Films on social media. The move sparked speculation among fans about a possible rift within the team.
Addressing the controversy, actor Pramod Shetty, a close friend of Rishab, clarified that there is no misunderstanding between them. He said he only came to know about the unfollowing through media reports and added that he too was unfollowed a day earlier. According to him, their personal bond remains unchanged.
Pramod further explained that such social media actions are often handled by digital teams once actors reach a certain level of popularity, and may simply be part of a broader online strategy. He also mentioned that he had spoken to Rishab after the incident, noting that the actor does not take social media matters too seriously.
