South Indian actress Sai Pallavi, known for her talent and natural performances, is currently working on two Bollywood projects. One of them pairs her with Junaid Khan, son of Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan, marking a highly anticipated collaboration. Earlier reports suggested the film would be titled Ek Din, but recent updates from the makers clarify that this was just a promotional title with no official standing.
The film has now been officially titled ‘Mere Raho’ and is directed by Sunil Pandey. Produced in part by Aamir Khan, the movie is a romantic love story that has generated significant buzz among audiences and industry insiders alike.
Originally planned for a November 7 release, the makers have now scheduled December 12 as the official release date. The film explores a narrative where a boy and a girl, strangers to each other, encounter a series of unusual situations, which ultimately transform their lives in unexpected ways.
This marks a reunion of sorts for Aamir Khan and producer Mansoor Khan, who had previously collaborated on the 2008 blockbuster Jaane Tu… Ya Jaane Na. With this combination returning after 17 years, expectations for Mere Raho are running high in Bollywood circles.
