It is known that Bollywood superstar Saif Ali Khan was roped in to play demon king Raavan in Prabhas’s upcoming mythological epic, Adipurush.While speaking about his role, Saif Ali Khan made a few sparkling revelations.
“It is really exciting to be playing a demon king in my next. The director, Om Raut paid special attention to Raavan character and made it look more humane and entertaining,” he said.Saif Ali Khan said Om Raut’s narrative will justify Raavan’s abduction of Sita.
The noted actor added that the action episodes featuring him and Prabhas will be shot on a lavish scale.Adipurush will be mounted on a budget of Rs 400 crores and multiple top-tier technicians across the country will be roped in for the project.
Prabhas will start shooting for Adipurush from January 2021. The makers are yet to announce the actress who plays the female lead.
