Sajjala Ramakrishna responds on Amara Raja batteries issue

For the past few days, it is being heard that cleading battery company Amara Raja Batteries Company is shifting from AP. Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy, the chief adviser to the AP government, has responded to this issue said that they don’t complain if the company shifts from the state.
Since yesterday, there has been widespread publicity that Amara Raja is going to invest in Tamil Nadu. Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy, who held a press meet to refute the opposition’s criticism on the increase in petrol prices, also reacted to the issue of Amara Raja company.
Sajjala claimed that the Amara Raja company is spewing pollution and deteriorating public health. It is a toxic equivalent industry. There is a need for pollution free industries, he said.
Ever since YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s YSRCP came to power, there have been several disputes between the AP government and the Amara Raja organisation. The company is now willing to move to Tamil Nadu.
