Bollywood superstar Salman Khan is currently on a signing spree, lining up multiple big-budget projects with strong South Indian collaborations. One of his much-talked-about films with producer Dil Raju and director Vamshi Paidipally is already in progress, with the team eyeing a grand pan-India release for Eid 2027.

Adding to the excitement, Salman is also stepping into the superhero genre for the first time in a project being developed by the acclaimed creator duo Raj & DK. The film is expected to go on floors in October and will be produced by Atul Agnihotri.

The latest buzz suggests that Atul Agnihotri has approached Mythri Movie Makers to come on board as a studio partner for this ambitious venture. Given the massive scale envisioned for the film, the makers are keen on collaborating with a reputed production house to ensure there are no compromises in terms of budget and execution.

Mythri Movie Makers, which has already expanded beyond Tollywood with several pan-India projects and even tasted success in Hindi cinema, is reportedly considering the proposal. If finalized, this would mark Salman Khan’s first back-to-back collaborations with Tollywood producers, signaling a growing synergy between Bollywood and the South film industry.

Interestingly, this potential collaboration comes at a time when both production houses have had differences over the theatre revenue-sharing system, making the development even more intriguing.

An official announcement is expected soon if discussions progress positively. Meanwhile, earlier rumors about Samantha Ruth Prabhu playing the female lead have been dismissed, with the team currently focused on finalizing the script and casting details.
