According to reliable sources, Samantha Ruth Prabhu is all set to venture into a brand-new genre with her upcoming film Maa Inti Bangaram, which was recently launched. The film is described as a visually rich socio-fantasy drama with a divine touch — a theme Samantha has never explored before.
Reuniting once again with director Nandini Reddy after their much-loved hit Oh! Baby, Samantha is ready to headline this female-centric entertainer that promises a perfect blend of emotion, fantasy, and grandeur. A source reveals, “Tollywood is currently riding high on the success of socio-fantasy films like HanuMan, Karthikeya 2, and Mirai, and Samantha now joins this league with a project designed for pan-India appeal, leveraging her massive fan following across languages.”
The film features a stellar cast including Gulshan Devaiah, Diganth, Gautami, and Manjusha, each playing crucial roles. On the technical front, it brings together an impressive crew — cinematography by Om Prakash, music by Santosh Narayanan, story and screenplay by Vasant Maringanti, and costume design by Pallavi Singh.
Interestingly, Samantha is reportedly in discussions with a leading Bollywood corporate studio for a tie-up on this dream project. She is said to be personally investing in the film, with a budget exceeding ₹20 crore, making it one of the most ambitious heroine-led films in recent times.
