Samantha’s Take 20 Podcast Discusses About Leaky Gut!

As we know, star actress Samantha has started her own podcast named ‘Take 20’ and she is discussing various life topics. After talking about her health, Sam opened up her fitness and the pressure she faced in her childhood. She talked about a lot of topics and in her latest episode she talks about healing your leaky gut with wellness coach Alkesh Sharotri.

Sam says, “In this episode, we get to understand how you can heal your gut, some of the supplements you can take and some of the do’s and the don’ts.” The wellness trainer mentions the importance of eating a whole food diet rather than a processed food diet and exercise which is very crucial. The podcast is highly informative and fans appreciate the effort put in by Samantha.
